Saturday 12 March 2011
I had a training assignment in Singapore on the 8th March, i.e. Tuesday of this week. On Saturday I was registered to attend a counseling class and Sunday was a full day with church service and choir practice. I was to travel to Singapore on Monday.
Irene usually pack all my things and all I had to do was to carry the bag and leave for the airport. Her job is to look after me and she would fuss over whether my hair is too long, is it neat, and also is it “black” enough. With age, our hair change color from black to gray and then hopefully white. However in between the transition from pure black to pure white, the in between shades of black and white cause me to appear old and tired and … (according to Irene). So she fuss over me on the day before all my training assignments ensuring my hair is given a spa treatment and a painting over (to black). Then there is the facial treatment of mask and cream and I do not know what.
So in short, she is my hair-dresser, my make-up artist, my butler, my driver to the airport or the train terminal. Off course, there is the coffee and the bread for breakfast.
Do you have a wife like that?
No 8 attribute of a great wife: Fuss over her husband.
Cheers.
See you next week.
See you next week.
